Hi !
Having read a book on soviet planes, I've learn that Soviet Air force highly contributed to a movie.
Hoping to find a picture from this movie, I eventually found :
1) on YouTube
1a - several aviation scene 'best of' (some from a TV broadcasting)
1b - the whole movie (without logo)
2) a free russian streaming website where the movie can be seen (cinema.mosfilm.ru)
First
Are these sources enough to made screenshots and later used them on IMPDB ?
2nd
May these screenshots display (or not) the timing ?
3rd
As this movie seem to be only used in USSR (perhaps a polish DVD), how to built the IMPDB page ?
Are cyrilic words validate ? (I'm not sure to translate in phonetics rightly and a translated title will have no sense has the movie wasn't export).
fourth
in footnotes, could links to IMDB or wikipedia be completed by a link to cinema.mosfilm.ru (of course, the URL of the movie itself [streaming]) ?
I hope you'll agreed because the movie is really full of aviation action with a wide collection of soviet airplanes (most of them not yet in IMPDB).
But if you think this desserves IMPDB or is against your rules, say NO to one or several of my four questions and I'll stop this project
(but be quiet, I have other movies to add without such properties).
Thanks in advance for your reply.
What about a russian movie ?
Re: What about a russian movie ?
an example I've built this afternoon:
http://www.impdb.org/index.php?title=Polosatyy_reis
I finally used phonetic translation but I'm in trouble as this gives different result if you speak german, english or french (for ex.).
I mean original title would be better (as we do for every movie, may it be from Poland, Argentina or elsewhere).
but how to search for such a movie when someone doesn't know the cyrillic ?
Of course, such questions are the same about all countries using non roman alphabet.

I think that page looks good LVCDC.
I may have to think about a few of those items. One thing though, we would love to have other info and valid links to related websites, but they would be best on the discussion (talk) page of that movie. The only links I would like to have on each films main page is to wikipedia, IMDB, and IMCDB because we have partnered with them.
