Air Tahiti is a French airline with its head office in Papeete, Tahiti. Born in 1987 on the hashes of Air Polynésie, the airline is dedicated to domestic flights and so covers a network of 47 islands in French Polynesia and Cook Islands. Its main fleet is based on the ATR 72 alongside some ATR 42 with the support of two Beechcraft Super King Air (wearing the colors of its subsidary Air Archipels) and two De Havilland Canada DHC-6 Twin Otter (until 2021). Please note that Air Tahiti was first established in 1950 and until 1953 operated two Grumman G-73 Mallard.
