CV-22 Osprey used in Transformers.

The Bell-Boeing V-22 Osprey is multi-mission, tiltrotor, military aicraft with both vertical take-off and landing (VTOL) and short take-off and landing (STOVL). The first of its kind, it was developed primarily for the U.S. Military to combine the functionality of a helicopter with the long-range, high-speed cruise performance of a turboprop. It is currently operated by the U.S. Marine Corps, designated MV-22, and the U.S. Air Force as CV-22.

This page lists all films that feature a variation of the Bell-Boeing V-22 Osprey.
