British Executive Air Services Ltd. (BEAS) was created in 1961, as a merge between the flying school's company Oxford Aviation and the Pressed Steel Company . In 1963, the BEAS Flying Training Division was renamed Oxford Air Training School while the transportation division (executive, charter, aerial works) went on operation for 49 years using many types of helicopters, mostly from Bells and Sud Aviation/Aérospatiale contemporary productions.
