The Curtiss JN "Jenny" was a series of biplane aircraft built for the Army and Navy , introduced in 1915. It was produced as a training aircraft for the U.S. Army, and in several other countries air forces. As civilian use, the "Jenny" became the "backbone” of North American post-war aviation, operated by United Airlines and Canadian Airways. More than 6000 aircrafts from various types had been produced.
