Morane-Saulnier L Parasol seen in Amelia.

The Morane-Saulnier L (also known as Type L and nicknamed Parasol) was a French parasol wing, one or two-seat aeroplane of the First World War. Its license was sold to Pfalz which produced it (unarmed) under the A.I and A.III models or as the Pfalz E.III with a machine gun.
In France, it was used as a fighter until the spring of 1915 while the Britain's Royal Flying Corps used 50 of them as reconnaissance aircraft.

Nearly 600 Morane Saulnier L were built.

This page lists all films that feature a variation of the Morane-Saulnier L Parasol.
