Scheibe SF 28.

The Scheibe SF 28 Tandem-Falke (German: "double-seat hawk") is a German motorglider that was designed by Egon Scheibe in 1970. The undercarriage consists of a non-retractable monowheel and auxiliary wheels ("pogos") are fitted under each wing.

Around 120 were built before the production line was stopped in 1985.
