Five years after Dominic Toretto flees the USA, ha and a new gang now hijackes fuel tanker trucks in the Dominican Republic. When he realizes the police getting closer, he flees to Panama City, alone. Both men take part in a road race, which is arranged by Ramon Campos, right hand man of powerful drug dealer Arturo Braga. Later, while smuggling drugs from Mexico into the USA, Dom is able to find the murder of Leticia, which is Fenix Calderon. Eventually, he is able to kill Fenix.
