Movie (1996)

Starring:
Will Smith (Cpt. Steven Hiller)
Bill Pullman (President Whitmore)
Jeff Goldblum (David Levinson)
Margaret Colin (Constance Spano)
Judd Hirsch (Julius Levinson)

When a mysterious signal interupts the satellite network, the existance of an extra-terrestrial space ship is discovered. David Levinson quickly uncovers the reason for the code - a signal to attack earth. After narrowly avoding the attack the President and entourage make their way to the 'non-existant' Area 51. When all attempts to retalliate against and destroy the ETs fail Levinson proposes a space mission to infect the machines, in parallel with a worldwide counter-offensive to bring down the ETs once and for all.
