Not a CL-215 as the variant had radial engines. But the elevators are those of the CL-215 (lack of the tailplane/fin bullet fairing and the auxiliary fins found on the CL-215T and CL-415).
Wings have the massive winglets and turboprop of the native CL-415 or those fitted on CL-215 upgraded to the CL-215T standart.
