Lots of Aircraft!!

Wow, didn't realise how many aircraft shots there were in this film! Will try and identify most of them this weekend or next week, but might take a while. Good exercise for a commercial buff like me though. Bthebest - IMPDb Administrator 01:55, 2 June 2011 (MDT)

These planes only appear for 2 seconds each and a lot of shots are probably stock footage. By the way, in the MD-11 section, the third one down is a different plane. - G-MANN

About the plane the Narrator meets Tyler in (and dreams of crashing in), although the wing looks like that of a Boeing 747 (4 engines) the cabin doesn't really look right for that. The cabin is very likely to be just a purpose built set rather than a real plane. So it's probably not "identifiable" but I think it's worth mentioning because a key scene takes place there. So what should we call it? G-MANN
