With the spy drone, I'm not sure whether they used the real thing (this film probably had a low budget), a model or archive footage (although it matches the rest of that scene too well to seem like just footage spliced in) G-MANN

Just looked on this film's IMDB message board and someone said it was a CGI composite. By the way, this makes the noise of a propellor plane, if that helps.G-MANN
