Page probably uncomplete as I watched only two episodes. Thanks to our friends of IMCDB DAF555 (Bell 206) and stronghold (C-130 & Trident).
I don't precise the episode as several lists with their own system differs on the sequence. LVCDC 15:33, 10 May 2014 (MDT)

Episodes

First reference : the title on the beginning of each episode, then the Wikipedia Episode List.
About Episode 14, I first thought that the shot was used twice (again in Ep. 15). But I'm afraid our friend of IMCDB made a little error as the cars they associated with Ep. 15 are definitively those seen in The Man in the Middle (Ep. 14).
So I deleted the data linked to Element of Risk (Ep. 15).

IMCDB uses another reference table for the episodes. So I list just the title of those without aircraft and already checked :
  • Take Seven
  • Powerswitch
  • The Old, the New and the Deadly
  • Read and Destroy
  • A Death in the Family
  • Someone Waiting
  • Anyone Can Play
  • To the Death, Baby
  • Angie, Angie...
  • That's Me Over There

Cold War spirit ?
There is no Manswell airbase (but R.A.F. Maxwell exists) and the 603rd Tactical Airlift Wing seems too a fiction (but there was a 603rd Military Airlift Support Squadron).

About the Ryan XV-5 Vertifan, here is a French page including the picture used on the composite picture. As I'm afraid it will be hard to find another XV-5 on movies, here is the Wikipedia page for those who are more fluent with english.
