The X-Files is an american science fiction television series about two FBI agents investigating the X-Files. These are cases about more or less unexplained phenomena.
Season One

Mulder and Scully are flying to Oregon to investigate a Case. They encounter some turbulences causing Scully to panic.
It's truly an early prototype of a Boeing 727 in factory paint sheme. Registration N47876.

Mulder, Scully, a Pilot, a professor of geology, a doctor and a toxilogist fly from Nome (Alaska) to Icy Cape (Alaska). They want to find out why a group of scientists went crazy and killed each other.

They tell the fictional story of an aborted launch in 1993 at 6 seconds to Takeoff.
There was an aborted launch of STS-55 mission on March 22 1993. It was the Space Shuttle Columbia which crashed on re-entry in 2003.

First letter looks like an "E" so it could be Endeavour or Enterprise. Right picture shows Neil Armstrong on the Moon.
While hovering over Canada a Space Shuttle encounters a ghostlike Alien. After help from Houston they land the Space Shuttle safely in the desert.
