i found that the recaptcha block came up for any edit i did, until i became admin.

minor edit is just for things like spelling, grammar, fixing links etc. stuff that doesn't change the content of the page. it is useful for people who want to review the edits cos they can filter out the minor edits. it appears with a bold M on the history page.

i am testing this recaptcha issue right now actually. we of course want to avoid spammer and linker bots so we'll just have to spend some time dialing it in. as for now, registered users should not have to recaptcha when editing.

let us know if that is not working correctly.
