Sea Cat VH-KKD or VH-CCK ?
Movie filmed in North Queensland, Australia. Near the usual harbor where VH-KKD spents the nights on a floating platform in the Marina at Nelly Bay (at least during the summer 2007).
Built in America in 1964, c/n 286
Imported to Australia in 1970
Converted to carry 2 passengers in 1982
Converted to floats in 1992
Renamed a Grumman Seacat
But VH-KKD has a full red vertical stabilizer and no black square on wingtips.
Please note that airframe c/n 318 registered VH-CCK of the same model has a paint scheme more matching (vertical stabilizer and wingtips).
