A rare one, operated by TAI-Transports Aeriens Intercontinentaux on its African lines. Built by SNCASE – Société Nationale de Construction Aeronautique du Sud Est, as Sud Est for more usual name. Only 9 aircraft produced. Could be considered as big-carrier of its time with up to 160 passengers. Unfortunately performances was not efficient and profitability not matching.
