Boeing 727-100
Various airplanes seen in a wide shot of the Central African airport.
Boeing 747
Seen at the Central African airport as the characters disembark from the 727.

Seen at the Central African airport.
Beechcraft B200 Super King Air
Seen at the Central African airport.
Beechcraft C-18
Seen at the Central African airport.
Douglas DC-3-G102A
Used to cross the border into Zaire. It gets taken down by soldiers (for illegally crossing the border) firing surface-to-air heat-seeking rockets, however the characters manage to parachute out before a final rocket hits and destroys the DC-3.
Same aircraft seen in other movies atIMPDb: Frequently Seen Aircraft.
Cessna 177 Cardinal
Seen in a small hangar at the airstrip the DC-3 takes off from.
Fokker F27 Friendship
This plane is seen burning in the sky at night whilst attempting a crash landing after meeting the same fate as the DC-3 (a run-in with the rocket-firing Zaire soldiers), and is later found in the jungle outside of Zinj. The shot of the burning plane crashing appears to be a model or possibly CGI.
