When Major Rob Cutter learns that two new JetRanger helicopter engines have faulty components, he is murdered by assassins. The killers want to frame his wife Barbara for the murder, but she escapes with their young son Johnny and seeks help from her husband's survivalist friend Ben.

Used by the Marines in several scenes. Two have faulty engines and crash. In the climax, Barbara uses one with a functioning engine to pursue and kill General Howard.
