In 1976, Tupolev 104A s/n 021905 was painted as SSSR-L5412 and put as a Gate Guardian (Monument). It was in fact aircraft c/n 921102 former CCCP-42450 which was broken up in 2004.<br>

SSSR-L5412 Vnukovo Airport Gate Guardian

In 1976, Tupolev 104A s/n 021905 was painted as SSSR-L5412 and put as a Gate Guard (Monument). It was in fact aircraft c/n 921102 former CCCP-42450 which was broken up in 2004.
A new one was erected in April 2006 : aircraft "CCCP-L5412" ex CCCP-42507 (c/n 021905) has a new location (55.597864, 37.308050) and wears no more the Aeroflot title but Vnukovo. Here they are :

  • The first one was in the center of a traffic roundabout on a low support :

Note in both cases the height of the fence regarding the aircraft position.
