TWA presents Air Adventure to Europe, a color film from the 1950s that takes its viewer to a quiet suburban American home as a young traveler receives her graduation gift from her parents: a trip to Paris. She boarded the Lockheed Constellation TWA “Star of Minnesota” and took off for a 47-day tour.

The young traveler says ..the plane with the name of my own state: Minnesota, so might be at Minneapolis-Saint Paul World-Chamberlain Field, Minneapolis-Saint Paul International Airport (MSP/KMSP) nowadays.
Registration N6019C, c/n 2657. Delivered new to TWA-Trans World Airline in January 1951, named 819 Star of Minnesota. Sold to Aero Tech Inc. in May 1968 then scrapped at Kansas City in August 1968.

Sold to Aero Tech Inc. in June 1968 then to Discover America Corp. in July 1968.Sold to Gulf Coast National Banko then Travis Leasing Inc. in July 1970. Sold to Unlimited Leasing Inc. in November 1970. Leased to Air Carga Inc. in April 1975. Leased to Inair Panama in September 1977. Leased to Aeromar in October 1978. Leased to Carib Airways Inc. in January 1979 then to Paramount Petroleum Corp. in October 1979. Leased to Transglobal Inc. in May 1980. Sold to Aero Chago in May 1983, registered HI-422. Written-off in a heavy landing at Santo Domingo in 1988. Broken up in 1991.
