A parallel group of police attending a scientific conference and takes action. Their mission: to thwart a criminal gang robs a bank of memories. Mixing adventure film, police and crazy comedy-weird melange of genres frequently visited by the Argentine cinema, was an impressive commercial success of the moment that hastened the completion of the second part: "Comandos azules en acción".
