Spooks is a British TV drama following members of Britain's internal secret service the MI5 and how they combat terrorism and other threats to British national security.

Series Two

Agusta A109E

Used to fly a terrorist away at the end of Series 2 Episode 1.

(Registration G-MOMO)

Boeing VC-25A 'Air Force One'

Library footage of Air Force One is used to show President Bush landing on Britain. Seen in Series Two Episode Six.

Sikorsky VH-3D 'Marine One'

Library footage of the Marine One Helicopter supposedly dropping off the President at Checkers. Seen in Series Two Episode Six.

BAe Harrier II

These jets are scrambled to attack a Microlight due to fears that it is being flown by a terrorist. The jets are named in the script as Harriers. Factually inaccurate, as the Harrier is a strike aircraft, not an air interdiction aircraft.

Pegasus Quantum 15

This microlight is caught in restricted airspace above Checkers and the Harriers are scrambled to attack it. However, it is soon realised that it was blown off course by the wind.

Eurocopter AS355 Ecureuil 2

At the end of Series Two when the character Tom Quinn disappears into the sea this police helicopter is shown flying over the North Sea.

Series Three

Eurocopter AS355 Ecureuil 2

Used a few times in Series Three by main characters.

In Episode 2 of Series 3 It is used to stop Tom Quinn's Lexus when he kidnaps an undercover agent.

In Episode 10 of Series 3 it is used again by Adam Carter when he flies into the house where his wife is being held hostage.

Boeing Chinook

A Boeing Chinook is shown briefly flying above in one scene of Episode 3.09.

Series Four

Eurocopter AS355 Ecureuil 2

Another AS355 is used in Series Four at various points by the CIA when they appear.

In Episode 2 it is used to fly away a suspect.

(Registration G-JETU)

And again in Episode 9 it is seen when they are trying to extradite to snatch a British citizen and MI5 stop them.

As well as this G-BYPA appears again in episodes 4 and 8 of this series.

Cessna 550 Citation II

Used by Fiona Carter's ex-husband in Episode 7 of this series.

(Registration G-SPUR)

Boeing 777

In Episode Nine a terrorist tries to shoot down an airliner. In the scene this aircraft is shown apparently flying above.

Unidentified Aircraft

This second airliner is the one the terrorist actually targets with the surface to air missile.

Series Five

Unidentified Aircraft

This airliner is seen in Episodes 5.01 and 5.02 when the air traffic control system is hacked so that two planes are taken off the system in an attempt to precipitate an air crash over London. It is most likely library footage and could well be one of the aircraft seen in 4.09.

(Air traffic control screen shown when the planes are close to colliding. Possibly delete)
