Gokou, a corrupt police officer, robs motorists to supplement his income. One day, caught in the act, he is transferred to Abobo, a rough neighbourhood in Abidjan, Ivory Coast. Faced with poverty and crime, he will attempt to enforce order for the first time in his career.
