North American T-28B Trojan
BuNo 140003 North American T-28B Trojan c/n 219-2.
Data are disparate and show that the aircraft built for the US Navy was also used by the US Marines. In the mid-1970s, it was assigned to maintenance and primary training units, before being written off in May 1982. Transferred to the USAF (when?) it ended up dismantled at Techatticup mine near Nelson, NV before being offered for sale as part of a batch of 40 aircraft in 2016. It is (already) seen in this condition and location in October 2018 in Nelson Nevada.
