May 1968 in France ... view from the Elysée (Presidential house) and Matignon (Prime Minister).

Aérospatiale SE 313B Alouette II

Reg. F-GIJA Aérospatiale SE 313B Alouette II c/n 1570. First used by ALAT (several years before 1971, first attested date of use) before being sold on the civil market (between 1988 and 1999 but when exactly ?).

Despite the great care taken with the framing to avoid showing the civil registration number, it appears briefly while a temporary roundel has been applied to the other side (also seen briefly during landing).

Aérospatiale SE 210 Caravelle 12

Acting as the Presidential airplane (which should be all white) ... Reg. F-GCVL c/n 273 of Air Provence International, her last operator till 1995. Built in 1972; was registered a first time as OY-SAE and delivered to Sterling Airways.
Now part of Musée de l'Air et de l'Espace - Aéroport de Paris-Le Bourget (Paris-Le Bourget Air and Space Museum (LBG/LFPB)).
Same aircraft in other movies at Frequently Seen Aircraft (Civil Fixed-Wing).

Various Aircraft

In the far background, what seems to be an Airbus A310 facing the (actually) 'UTA hangars' at Aéroport de Paris-Le Bourget (hangar built by 'Lossier' -their first name-; later 'Air Union'; today 'Universal Aviation France').
The camera is chasing the Prime Minister Pompidou (at right, Didier Bezace) and so next second we guess among the blurred shapes some bizjet including an anachronistic trijet Dassault Falcon 50 before finding again the Aérospatiale SE 210 Caravelle 12.
