This refueling rig appears twice in the episode as Airwolf refuels to get to Russia. The pilot and co-pilot speculate as to what the aircraft they are refueling is. At the end and to resolve a bet they ask another member of crew to check. When he tells them it is a helicopter they question his sanity.
