Michael is a photojournalist and newsreel man, travelling the world. USA, China, elsewhere, he makes film where War break out (China (Chiang Kai-shek) ordered some Fiat CR.32s and an handfull fought Japanese in 1936).
But these ones are seen during aerobatics of the Pattuglie Acrobatiche as the team praticed throughout Europe in the mid-thirties. Perhaps footage of the famous Budapest 1937 Airshow ?
