Aeroleasing-ALG was the name of the Swiss company Aeroleasing Group (ALG) founded in 1966, that will be renamed in 1998 with the current name: TAG Aviation. This company entered the aviation industry and began its business operating with aircraft owned by owners. Their role was to rent them out when they were available. The company is off to a strong start, notably thanks to the arrival of an investor and client IOS (Investors Overseas Services). TAG Aviation then manages several private jets from European aircraft manufacturers. In 1981: a new CEO, Elie Bazbaz, takes the helm of the company. It will be successful in the development of the company's own fleet. The latter is equipped with different types of aircraft. Different models of Falcon, from the aircraft manufacturer Dassault, but also private jets from Bombardier. During this period, the company extended its scope to other territories, such as Asia, Africa but also North America.
