Hansa-Brandenburg C.I seen in Die ersten Fliegerinnen - Zwischen Triumph und Tragödie.

The Hansa-Brandenburg C.I is a single-engine, armed, two-seater reconnaissance biplane designed by Ernst Heinkel. It entered service in 1916 with the Kaiserliche und Königliche Luftfahrtruppen (Austro-Hungarian Aviation Troops) and remained in service until the end of the war. With more than 1,300 units built, it is the most widely produced Hansa-Brandenburg aircraft. In fact, Hansa-Brandenburg only manufactured around a hundred of them, with the rest coming out of the Phönix and Ufag factories or, after the war, in Poland, Czechoslovakia and Romania. The last airframe was built in 1923 (or 1924) and a civil plane was still used for stunt during airshow in the second hald of the 1930s.
