Air Spray Ltd. (legally: Air Spray (1967) Ltd.) and commonly known as Air Spray is a private company specializing in aerial wildfire suppression using air tanker or water bomber aircraft. Founded in 1967, it can trace back to 1954 when Air Spray Ltd. was set up with only two Stearman Aircraft first to crop spraying work. But the ever growing problem of controlling wildfires bent the company's activity from 1960 when a first dedicated contract was signed with the Alberta Government. So in 1967, a specific company was registered and later a American subsidiary at Chico, California as Air Spray USA Inc.
