Bede BD-5J used in Octopussy.

The Bede BD-5 is a single-seat, single-engined, homebuilt aircraft that can be powered by either a reciprocating propeller engine or a jet engine, designated BD-5J. Although the aircraft intially sold well, the company soon went bankrupt due to being unable to provide a reliable engine, leading to few actually being built. The BD-5J holds the record for the lightest jet aircraft.

This page lists all films that feature a variation of the Bede BD-5.
