Blériot XI & Breguet Type R U1
The so-called “Musée des Techniques” where Grenier and Richard meet is supposedly set in Zurich, as is most of the film's action, but the scene was actually shot in the highly recognizable setting (*) of the Musée des Arts et Métiers in Paris, where one of the museum's most famous exhibits, Cugnot's "Fardier à vapeur" (world's first full-size and working self-propelled mechanical land-vehicle), is clearly visible.
(*) from 1994 to 1999, the museum was completely renovated and exhibits are now display in a far different way.
