An airline pilot saves a flight from crashing, but an investigation into the malfunctions reveals something troubling.

Cessna 172R Skyhawk

Cessna 172R Skyhawk.

McDonnell Douglas MD-80

Fictional airline SouthJetAir.
Multiple MD-80 family aircraft were used in various shots. The crashsite consists of ex-Delta MD-88 (N901DL, c/n 49532) and ex-American MD-82 (N442AA, c/n 49468) [1]. Also used for interior shots were ex-Continental MD-81 (N16807, c/n 49261) and active Delta MD-88 (N937DL, c/n 49810). [2]. There were no winglets on DC-9/MD-80 Series, those has been made of wood. The pictures below shows a higly CGI modified variants of MD-80, shortened (almost) as a DC-9-41 variant (20 windows from front door to first emergency window. Should be 31 for instance on MD-88). Base livery ressembles the SAS-Scandinavian Airlines livery.

McDonnell Douglas MD-80 (CGI) in a very unlikely flight position.
McDonnell Douglas DC-9 (CGI).
