The pop singer Sonja has to perform an emergency landing with her two-seater in the mountains of Tirol. There she discovers the yodeling lumberjack Toni. She persuades him to come with her into town and to start a career in the music business. Toni's spouse Maria stays behind, worried, and with a broken heart. Will he ever come back?
