Crafty inventor Dr. Spot, for an adequate sum of money, agreed to change water from all water reservoirs in Poland to a vapor and send it in clouds to a far and hot country of a greedy maharajah. With very high price king wants to sell it there to poor and drought-weary citizens. This devilish project will completely destroy Polish ecosystem. The country is in danger and only one man can save it. The Ace! Commonly an ordinary, shy engineer, who change himself to a superhero in Superman style, when there is such need. Will he stop the Spot and maharajah? Especially since they know his only weak point - an allergy to "the most dangerous poison" - alcohol...
