Kei Yamamoto (Masaru Koga)

Desperate Tetsuo Okita with help of his friends place a bomb in high-speed train with 1500 people on board. It will explode when the train slow down below 80 km/h. In return for providing a way to disarm the bomb, the men demand a very high ransom.
