Talk:Adieu de Gaulle, adieu

From The Internet Movie Plane Database

Aéroport de Paris-Orly / Paris-Orly Airport (ORY/LFPO)

Archive footage of May 1968 testifying of the closure of the airport (Grève = on strike) :

Orly was dedicated to civil flights as like as Le Bourget.
Officials flights (Prime Minister Pompidou and President de Gaulle) took place in Villacoublay, whose buildings were very similar to those in Le Bourget. Filming at Musée de l'Air et de l'Espace - Aéroport de Paris-Le Bourget (Paris-Le Bourget Air and Space Museum (LBG/LFPB)), where the museum and the Caravelle are located, thus faithfully reflects the actual setting of these events.
