Flight Attendant Costume & IAL
Costume of the flight attendant is close to some Pan Am uniform of 1955-1956 (search promotional pictures taken for the first Boeing 707 commercial flight in October 1958) : color, hat, dress but the jacket is closer to the Delta's 1950-1956 Winter shape.
Boarding the Viscount and taxi are showing Hong Kong Airways airliner but advertising and counter wear the IAL logo, a fictitious airline.
