Lockheed Vega

Lockheed Vega NC7044 (c/n 11) could be seen in Men with Wings and Flight Into Nowhere filmed the same year (1938).
Is it the same airframe we see here with John Howard at the controls ?
G-HDNI could be painted with 'HD' before the NC7044 ... of which only the N and vertical bar of the C are kept.
No evidence to date. The investigation is underway!
