New aircraft category

Only the Il-86 deserves a new category that will be built soon. The Su-17 has to wait (only one seen in movies for the moement).Sixcyl 00:07, 19 July 2012 (MDT)

That's my fault, i thought it was too chubby for MiG 21 3loader
