Could it be the Breguet 27 ?
Upper and lower wing have a very different wingspan (sesquiplane formula); typical landing gear : this seems OK.
But in front of the tail, fuselage should be just a boom. And where is the action ? Breguet 27 was used only by France, Brazil, Venezuela and China. LVCDC 05:43, 8 April 2015 (MDT)
