Are they both 24s? The first one has two windows?

I'm confused by the transports in the background. How many are there? The only aircraft I can see that would fit is the C-123 Provider based on the 3 bladed propeller but there appear to be only two aircraft with 4 engines each, which obviously doesn't fit. There are two. I dunno what that is in front of the first. There's also a third, smaller plane off to the right. - Kooshmeister
