additional info

Fairchild C-123 Provider, reg. N709RR, crashed at the southern flanks of Mount Healy, AK (USA). All three crew perished in the crash.

Lynyrd Skynyrd

Garland Greene, played by Steve Buscemi, said, "Define irony: a bunch of idiots dancing around on a plane to a song (Sweet Home Alabama) made famous by a band that died in a plane crash."
This fatal accident is the subject of Street Survivors: The True Story of the Lynyrd Skynyrd Plane Crash (IMPDB page included links about the real facts).
