Sorry if this page isn't quite how it should be set out, I wasn't sure exactly what to do. Also I left out the cast because it changes so many times, what with 7 actors playing The Doctor during the run of the original series (and also many different companions). G-MANN

I think people here should use the website Rotorspot (http://www.rotorspot.nl/index.htm) more often. Half the helicopter registrations reported as fake on here turn out to be quite real. This is probably the fifth or sixth such correction I've needed to make because the reg. number has turned up in a search on Rotorspot. Kooshmeister 13:26, 8 September 2012 (MDT)

Does anybody know the actual serial number of the English Electric Lightning featured in Doctor Who Ep. 8.23 The Dæmons: Episode Three? I know it was in service with 111 Squadron at the time of filming, due to the lightning flashes on the nose, but can't make out the serial number. (Based on the use of the letter A on the tail fin, the most likely candidate, according to the information on the Lightning Association website individual histories pages, is F.3 XR713, but the image isn't clear enough for me to be sure).
