P-47 or not ?

This R/C plane has nearly the colors of a famous P-47 used in Belgium by 513th fighter squadron, 406th fighter group ("Bird II" is only the last two words of the complete name) during Spring 1945. But the real code was 4P*S, not 45*0. The modeler probably found funny to apply this paint scheme on a Mitsubishi A6M5 Type 0 Model 52 (note the lack of the radio mast and the unreal tear drop canopy). LVCDC 21:27, 19 July 2015 (MDT)
