In 2010, during the Chino Airshow, the derelic replica of one of the two airframes built in 1964 was exposed in the hope of gaining support for a rebuilt. This plane had already flew in 1966 for the movie The Blue Max.
The aircraft was rebuilt during 2014 and eventually took part of the 2015 airshow ... in the air !
