If YBA is right, it could be OK-YBA Ilyushin Il-62 c/n 90602 built in 1969 (and scrapped in September 1994 after seven years of storage).
Aero L-29 Delfin
Aero L-29 Delfin serial 3238 built in 1969 and decommissioned on 31 December 1992. Sold on the civil market and then registered OK-ATS. Crashed on 10 June 2012 Čeradice, Czech Republic.
