Omar keeps a single fighter jet at his airfield. When Jack, Joan and the Jewel are escaping they use the jet. Since Jack cannot fly, however, they drive out of the city in it, instead. For scenes of the jet driving out in the desert, it has a modified undercarriage and landing gear.
