Ep.1.02 One for the Angels
Despite a three-wheeled landing gear and a see-through engine's cover, the shape of the H-19 is mostly right.

Made for the Movie ? Or Cessna T-37 without its wings (trying to simulate a delta wing) ?
Please note that in 1957 a study started by Boeing about the X-20 Dyna-Soar (later cancelled in 1963 without being built). General shape was similar minus the tail : the Boeing's project was twin-tailed.
